Today’s work has allowed the tall building in the background to start taking shape.

The subject is becoming clearer, even though I haven’t begun painting any part of it yet. There is a violinist playing music for two dancers who are engaged in a classical dance.

I have painted violins before; it’s one of my favorite instruments, even though I can’t play it myself. However, in this painting, the violin will be different from the others I’ve created.
